NWAL Recommends for Divisionals Exchange:
Each Team Lock Entries in Swimtopia
Home team needs to Merge the Meet (Even if using meet manager do this to give you another reference for events and swimmers that have been merged)
Each team needs to email after the merge all reports to each team or bring them to an in person during the exchange:
Proof of times report (Shows where they obtained Official times)
Eligibility Report (Shows Swims)
Meet entry by swimmer (What they are entered in for Divisionals)

Team running computers needs to have a copy of these in the Computer room during the meet so they can be referenced if Relay Changes Need to be made. This is to ensure that swimmers swimming in relays only swim the stroke that they have an official time for this season.

*** If you are running the meet in a facility that is using touch pads and requires Meet Manager then you need to add to the above downloading the top export in the merge/export area for Merge Entries for Hy-tek. Download this and email it to the team that is running the computers so they can import it into Meet Manager***
