Good Morning NWAL Teams,
This survey has to be completed and submitted by Midnight on July 31st in order to receive the Team discount on dues.
The information you supply us is very important to the upcoming 2019 season. We also will be sharing this information with the other NWAL teams and the information you supply us may help them better run their teams in the future.
Many different questions this year so please take time to give us as much information as you can so we can learn from your answers and share with them with the league.

Once complete we will share results and apply the discount at the January Annual Mtg when you pay your dues.
