2020 Season Kick Off

New Season to be kicked of with our first Board Meeting October 29th 6:30PM. Location: Bear Branch Rec Center 5310 Research Forest Dr. Woodlands, TX 77381

ALL Divisional Reps MUST attend or send an alternate. Reminder that one of the Divisional Reps responsibilities is to attend the October meeting, take the information back to their Team Reps to discuss how the Division will vote on the items from the meeting and return in November to vote. Only Division Reps will vote.

The October meeting consist of Financial, Budget, Purposed Rules Changes and Alignment presentation. All Divisional Reps are required to attend or send an alternate.
