Division Reps,

Just a quick reminder that our next Board meeting is Tuesday 3/28 at 6:00PM with the goal of answering questions on invitational meets as each representative tells us about the date(s), locations, fees, special rules, format, awards, volunteers and any number of entries/teams accepted.

Agenda:

1. Opening/Roll Call

2. Jump right into presentations from Mid-season invitationals

3. Post Season invitational presentations

4. Discussion

5. Vote on Sanctioning

6. Any new business from the floor (please send any proposals to me before the meeting)

7. Closing

Looking forward to an awesome 2023 season!  Please coordinate with your assistant Division Reps to make sure at least one of you attends.  You may send a delegate for your division but if at all possible please send one of your knowledgeable Team Reps from your division to help us make good decisions.  See you next week!
