To all divisions:

Just wanted to send out a reminder that exhibition swimming (exhibition swimming is any swimming that is listed on the official entry list or rulebook, including coaches and/or parent relays) are not allowed in NWAL during your Divisionals.  If your division decides to have a coach and/or parent relay, it must be done AFTER the conclusion of the meet, the meet will be considered official as soon as the relay hits the water (no more protests) and the swimmers will not be covered by the NWAL insurance.
