Good Morning Everyone!

I trust that everyone had a successful Divisional Meet this past weekend with your meets running smoothly and many kids achieving personal best times. 

Following up on Aaron's email from last week, we have one more weekend of competition for the 2026 season.  We are asking for your help in officiating the post season invitationals. If your children have qualified and will be swimming in one of these meets, please help us give them the experience they deserve by signing up to help officiate. It is a great place to get to know officials from other teams and areas and maybe take some new ideas (especially for recruiting) back to your team.  We particularly struggle to get officials for the 10U groups so if your youngsters are swimming this weekend - we need YOU!  The experience you will gain is invaluable as you continue your journey of officiating in NWAL.  And it is the best seat in the house to watch your kids swim.  Even if your kids aren't swimming, we would welcome you to help us out at these meets. I look at the season as a whole as a complete success from a league perspective! From the league, the kids and from me personally, thank you for all you have done as officials and volunteers to help NWAL continue to create a positive and desirable place for our kids to learn, make new friends and compete in the wonderful sport of swimming!

This is a reminder to let your officials know to start signing up to officiate next week's post-season invitationals. These meets are great experiences for all officials, both new and veteran, and the league looks forward to seeing the officials on deck next week.
