When you have a protested time that needs to be adjusted after Monday at noon when the database is locked, please send [email protected] and [email protected] the following information below and then the time will be adjusted.  Matt Waindel may contact you if he needs more information on the issue so do not be shocked if you get a call.  We are just making sure everyone is on the same page with all issues.
