Dear Team Reps,

Please find a link below for the 2016 NWAL Survey.  This is an annual survey and your response provides a great deal of information that allows us to continually improve the summer league experience for our swimmers and volunteers.  As Team Rep you are representing your entire team with your response, so please take the time to provide meaningful responses.  If you do not know how to answer a particular question, I'm sure someone on your team or board will be able to help.  

 

As in previous years, we will apply a 5% discount to your 2017 team dues, when we receive your completed survey.  The survey is open now and will close September 30th.  Don't miss your chance!  

 

Team Presidents, if you do not have a current Team Rep or are unsure if the survey has been completed for your team, go ahead and complete it yourself.  Better to be sure it gets done.
