A snip from page 16 for your convenience:
If you are using STUS for Meet Results Entry, all data is available immediately. Many team leave their Saturday meet and immediately begin preparing entries for invitational. If you are uploading from Meet Manager, it is imperative that you upload as soon as possible to allow team to prepare and make deadlines for these invitational.
You also must provide a PDF of entries even if you are using STUS. This would be your Meet Management>Pick your Meet> Meet Entry Detail Report by Swimmer. I recommend exchanging these via email after both teams have merged. Verification that your meet is completely merged is by running the heat sheet and seeing both teams are on it.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
