Meet Vision https://youtu.be/Nu1bCLYdg8w
Meet Vision is a great feature that is included with STUS. There is no additional Charge or additional setup. It is just there to allow your parents to know what the meet progress is, what their swimmers are in and much more. Please take a moment to view the YouTube video above. Copy and paste the link in to your browser. Because it is a feature in STUS, if follow all the Safe Login and security that NWAL requires.
Meet Management https://youtu.be/Knws4UcJcq4
There is a generic STUS Meet Management video that can help you with the decision process of whether your team wants to make that change to managing your meet entries in STUS. This functionality was well test by one of our divisions last year. I am so excited to use it this year and eliminate some of the challenges we had with HyTek. All of our NWAL Rules are written directly into the software, so we as users do not have to worry. The Exchange is so easy and the reporting is great too. Please don’t hesitate to contact me directly with any questions after viewing the You Tube
Once you find Rich Waldis on You Tube, you will also find many more videos to answer your lingering questions. Take the time to check them out.
One burning question for my team with new Board Members, HOW TO SEND EMAILS THRU STUS
Send an email from STUS - https://youtu.be/ere C2GNanboU7w
If you are a past Swim Team Board member and receiving this, please contact your new Team Rep and ask them to update NWALCERTIFIED.ORG immediately or let [email protected] know so that we can follow up with getting the teams information up to date.
If you have any concerns are questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
