When creating your meets for invitationals, DO NOT COPY meets from previous years.  Most invitationals have changed from last year which will make it an issue to get entries done correctly.  Always create a new blank swim meet and then apply the correct meet template to it.

It has been brought to our attention that some teams are allowing older swimmers to assist the younger swimmers with getting across the pool during swim meets.  Having a learn to swim program or something equivalent to one is a great way to get the younger swimmers involved…

If you will not be finishing your meet, the home team should go ahead and close out the meet and transfer any results to Swimtopia.  You will need to edit the meet and check the Rainout checkbox…
